Updates every 5 seconds

The scanner and quotes refresh every 5 seconds in regular hours, about 8 seconds pre-market and after-hours, and back off when the market is closed or the tab is hidden. Cells flash green or red as prices change, and rows update in place — no jumping tables.

Top % gainers scanner

A live screen of Nasdaq, NYSE and NYSE American stocks (OTC excluded), defaulting to the $1.50–$10 band. Adjust price range, minimum volume and market cap (micro or small). Market data comes from Yahoo Finance and Finnhub and quotes can be delayed.

Gappers & momentum alerts

The Live Alerts panel lists stocks that are gapping 4%+ or showing momentum (+10% on 2× RVOL, +20%, or a MOM/BRK/SPIKE/HOT flag), ranked by a score of gap, % change and RVOL. Each shows a reason tag: Gap, Momentum or Gap + Momentum.

Top-3 podium & Breaking panel

The three biggest % gainers get their own cards, and the Breaking · Price Momentum panel lists the top five — all fed by the same live scan, with price, % change and flags.

Sortable tables, frozen Symbol

Click any header to sort ascending or descending (your choice is remembered). Rows are a uniform height, the Symbol column stays frozen as you scroll sideways, and the Flags column stays on one clean line.

Phone-friendly

The same tables, alerts and charts on a phone, with horizontal scrolling inside the table and the Symbol column pinned. Optional push notifications can alert your phone when a setup fires.

Charts with drawing tools

Open any ticker on a live chart with SMA, Bollinger, volume, RSI and support/resistance. Draw trend lines, horizontal lines, rectangles, freehand and text notes — saved per symbol and synced to your account.

Measure P/L tool

Click entry then exit on the chart to see the price change in $ and %, the bars and time elapsed, and an estimated profit or loss for your share count or dollar amount, long or short, with optional fees. Drag the endpoints to adjust.

Market Status card

Trades the alerts: Swing alerts from the support-hit rule (scanned every 5 minutes), plus Gap and Momentum alerts from the live gainers scan.
Bracket orders at the broker: every entry goes out with a stop-loss and profit target attached.
Strict risk limits: about 0.2–1% of equity risked per trade by category, a 3% portfolio open-risk cap and daily loss caps, checked on the server before every order.
Risk categories: Conservative, Standard, Moderate and Risky, each with its own stops, targets and position caps.
Learns from alert outcomes within fixed bounds, applied only after enough samples.
